2 day Deep Tissue Massage: Neck & Back £115

This course is a must for Swedish and Holistic Massage therapists who wish to:

Increase there understanding and knowledge of deep tissue and remedial massage specifically for the legs
Learn deeper massage techniques to improve treatment of leg knee and hip problems
Improve their understanding of Iliotibial tract, Tensor fascialata, Quads Hams and other leg muscles
Learn palpationa and examination techniques
Learn to treat Iliotibial tract injuries, Runners knee; Plantar fasciitis. Shin Splints etc
This is a stepping stone and introduction to Sports Massage and dealing with Sports Injuries

Course content:

Practical course focusing on new techniques; STR NMT Trigger points
Diagnostic and examination techniques, palpation
Muscle stripping, deep tissue work using elbows, thumbs, trigger point work
Treatment and diagnosis shin splints and other common conditions

Please bring:

2 Towels - Bath Sheets
Antiseptic hand gel and foot wipes
Professional uniform
Shorts and T shirt

Certificates of attendance will be awarded on completion on the day
