• Any qualified therapists or Sports students who wish to:
• Learn the benefits of STR for releasing adhesions and improving muscle function
  STR works in three ways all at once by:
  
  1. Relaxing the nervous system             
  2. Stretching, lengthening muscle fibres
  3. Frictioning to release adhesive fibres

• Brief review Anatomy & Physiology soft tissue and muscles
• Explanation and understanding of how STR works and its benefits for your clients and your treatments
• Expert demonstration and Supervised practice of STR
