- This workshop is suitable for training or qualified body therapists or sports therapists looking to learn new or refresh existing skills.
- NMT is a treatment for acute and chronic pain syndromes which utilizes specific massage therapy, flexibility stretching, to eliminate the causes of most neuromuscular pain patterns.
- This specific and scientific approach to muscular pain will help to bring about balance between the musculoskeletal and nervous system.
- NMT enhances the function of joints, muscles and biomechanics (movement) and releases endorphins, the body's natural pain killers.
- Learn about NMT and locate and treat trigger points on all the major muscle groups and understand about referred pain
